In situations specified in generally applicable laws and on the basis of these regulations, data may be made available to state authorities. - when you have objected pursuant to Art. 21 sec. 1 regarding processing - until it is determined whether the legitimate grounds on the part of the administrator override the grounds for objection.

You have the right to object to processing for reasons related to your particular situation, when we process your data for purposes arising from legitimate interests pursued by us or by a third party, or when processing is necessary to perform a task carried out in the public interest.

Complaint to the supervisory authority
 

When you decide that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions on the protection of personal data, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory body, i.e. in Poland, the President of the Data Protection Office.

and other events organized by the Administrator. Personal data is processed on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR, i.e. the legitimate interest of the Administrator.

 

Our website includes Facebook, YouTube and Instagram plug-ins. By displaying our website that contains the Facebook plug-in, your browser will establish a direct connection with the servers of social network administrators (service providers). The content of the plugin is transferred by the given service provider directly to your browser and integrated with the website. Thanks to this integration, service providers receive information that your browser has displayed our website, even if you do not have a profile with a given service provider, or you are not currently logged in to it. Such information (along with your IP address) is sent by your browser directly to the server of the service provider and stored there. If you use a given plugin, e.g. by clicking the "Like" or "Share" button, the relevant information will also be sent directly to the server of the given service provider and stored there. In addition, this information will be published on a given social network and will be shown to people added as your contacts. Facebook has its registered office outside the European Union, therefore personal data will be made available to third countries (countries outside the EEA - European Economic Area).

 

The purpose and scope of data collection and their further processing and use by service providers, as well as the possibility of contact and your rights in this regard and the possibility of making settings to protect your privacy are described in the privacy policies of individual service providers.
